Cohort programs are free for selected participants. Places are limited.

Ages 14–17

This direction is for teenagers who:

  • are starting to think about choosing a profession
  • want to discover their interests
  • are not yet sure which educational path to choose
  • want to get to know different professions
  • want to visit companies and meet professionals

You do not need to know your whole future today. Start by discovering yourself.

Ages 18–24

This direction is for young people who:

  • are studying or have finished their studies
  • want to rethink their career direction
  • want to prepare for the labour market
  • are looking for practical experience
  • want to develop the skills work requires
  • are preparing for a job or an internship
